Claims Processing
Position Description:
- Develop knowledge of claim forms.
- Communicate verbally and in writing, with adjusters to obtain
information needed to process claims.
- Enter claim information for a geographic territory or agency.
- Learn all functions and capabilities of the Claim Processing
Specialist workstation.
Qualifications:
- Proficiently use various PC-based Microsoft Office software
programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, and MS
Outlook.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well
as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.
