2. Do you only hire people with disabilities?

3. How did I do during the interviewing process?
It is generally not our practice to discuss outcomes of previous interviews during the early stages of the interviewing process. 8. Why does the recruitment process take so long?
Our process is extensive, because we take the time necessary to get to know each candidate to determine their skills and their requirements. Time is taken to ensure that an appropriate match is made for both the BCS employee and the customer. 9. When do I start?
This varies from opening to opening, and is determined solely by our customer. A start date is determined only after our customer has selected a BCS consultant. You may read more about this in the interview/hiring procedure document sent out by our recruitment staff to all candidates.
10. Explain the meaning of "lease-to-hire"
Lease-to-hire means that an employee of BCS receives benefits and salary from BCS for 6 to 9 months, depending on the length of the initial contract. Then, based on performance, a BCS employee transitions over to become a direct employee of our customer.
11. What if I want to remain an employee of BCS after the terms of an initial contract?
Most employees of BCS do transition over to become a direct employee of our customer. However, prior to employment, discussion is encouraged between the BCS employee and the BCS staff, as to an employee's specific desires, as BCS does employ several individuals who work for BCS for the long-term.

BCS has a number of different openings and keeps an active database. We consider all candidates for all positions where a match in skills, as well as candidate requirements are found.

23. Who will provide the workplace assessment for me if I need one: the client or BCS?
Workplace assessments are to be discussed thoroughly with the BCS staff , prior to accepting any position. If an assessment is needed after working with BCS, you should have a complete discussion with a BCS on-site manager to determine the best method of accomplishing this for the employee.
24. Who can I go to for help, if needed, once I become a BCS employee?
The first point of contact would be your assigned BCS on-site manager; however, a full discussion of the proper procedure will be discussed in training prior to a start-date when determined.
