Introduction
At Bender Consulting Services, Inc. our mission is to provide superior technology consulting services to our customers while creating employment and career opportunities, independence and freedom for people with disabilities.
As the economy is continuing its recovery, and employment numbers are increasing, an overwhelming 13 million Americans with disabilities - many of them experts in technology - remain unemployed. Since 1995, Bender Consulting Services has worked to solve these critical social and business issues by providing employers with reliable technology talent, and giving well-trained individuals with disabilities the chance to display their technical abilities and enhance their lives through solid careers. To date, Bender Consulting Services has placed consultants in major organizations such as Computer Sciences Corporation, JP MorganChase, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fedex Ground, and Bayer Corporation. Our consultants have expertise in help-desk administration client/server applications, telecommunications and mainframe technologies, including PeopleSoft, SAP, PowerBuilder, Oracle, COBOL, Java, Lotus Notes, Windows NT, and other networking technologies, as well as finance/accounting, engineering, human resources, and other professional areas.

In October, 2001, BCS expanded into Canada with the incorporation of our sister company Bender Consulting Services of Canada Inc.
