Winner
The 2007 Tony Coelho Award was presented to Mark Boxer,
president and CEO of WellPoint's Operations, Technology and Government
Services Business Unit. The award ceremony was held Monday, October 1,
2007 during a breakfast at the Westin Indianapolis Hotel.

(AAPD) announces with great pride that The Henry
B.
Betts Award Jury has selected Eric Rosenthal for pioneering the
field of international human rights advocacy for people with
disabilities and bringing unprecedented international awareness to their
concerns.
Joyce A. Bender has been
elected to the Board of
Trustees of Carlow University, in
Pittsburgh, PA.
Her 3-year term commenced on February 1, 2006.
Joyce will serve on the institution’s Student Affairs
Committee, chaired by Sister Judith Worden.
