Bender Consulting Services is retained by federal agencies to conduct specialized recruitment of both targeted disability and Schedule A eligible candidates, including Veterans with disabilities, in the fields of computer science, engineering (including electrical, computer, civil, fire safety, mechanical, etc.), human resources, management and program analysis, EEO, finance, accounting, law, aviation, logistics and operations management, research and analysis, security, language analysis, administrative and secretarial support, clerical, health care and nursing, environmental science, facilities management, and more.
Through our federal contracts, Bender has received federal career opportunities in various locations throughout the United States. Candidates applying for federal employment through Bender have been hired into positions ranging from a GS-3 to a GS-14 level pay grade.
Our customers make the final decision regarding selection of candidates. If an agency decides, after reviewing a candidate’s resume, that they are interested in moving forward with an interview and/or offer, the customer will contact the candidate directly. Submission of a resume to our federal employers does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment. Selection of candidates is made at our customer’s discretion based on how the candidate’s skills and experience match with their current hiring needs.
